RUMMAGE SALE: The Rummage sale will take place on Friday, October 18, from 9:00 – 5:00, Saturday, October 19, 9:00 – 2:00, and clearance day on Sunday, October 20, 1:00 – 3:00 pm. The Women’s Society would like to have a bake sale with this Rummage sale and are asking if any of the parishioners would be kind enough to help in this matter by baking some baked goods to sell. If you can possibly help us please call one of the Society members. Also some food and beverages will be available.
LUC MEETING – North Anthracite Council – League of Ukrainian Catholics will meet on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, 635 North River Street,Wilkes-Barre, PA. Moleben prayer service at 2:30pm., business session at 3:00pm followed by reception and fellowship. Main agenda items include membership renewal and the National Convention scheduled for October 4th to 6th in Cheektowaga /Buffalo, NY. All members are reminded to renew their annual membership.
