SANCTUARY LIGHT: The Sanctuary light is requested to burn this week July 26 – August 2 by Anonymous for Good Health on all Parishioners.
BUILDING/IMPROVEMENT FUND: Our thanks to those who donated to our Parish Building/Improvement Fund in memory of Eleanor Trotsky – Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Onderko & Family, Sharon Shevock and Mr. & Mrs. J. Rudeski & Jaclyn.
WOMEN’S SOCIETY: The Parish Women’s Society will be sponsoring a Rummage Sale in the fall. Now is the time to start packing things that are no longer useful to you and donate them to the sale. Bring items to the church or call one of the Society members to arrange for pick up.
DEANERY YOUTH PICNIC: A Picnic for the youth of all the parishes in our North Anthracite Deanery will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at the Lackawanna State Park, 1839 N. Abington Rd., N. Abington, PA beginning at 10:30 AM. Father Dan Troyan will give an inspirational talk to the youth. Everyone is welcome and invited to attend.
