GREEN SUNDAY: The Feast of the Pentecost is the day to pay our respects to our deceased. Father Walter will celebrate the Panakhyda Services at the Cemetery on this day, June 4th at 2:30 PM. Try to be in attendance to pray for your family and friends who have fallen asleep to their eternal rest.
If there should be heavy rain, the Panakhyda will be celebrated in the Church.

Our thanks to all who sold and purchased tickets for this fund-raiser. Thanks to Mike & Dolores Sinko for handling the ticket sales, a job well done.

Sanctuary Light: The Sanctuary light is requested to burn this week June 3 – 10 by Albert Piston in memory of Harry Piston.

FLOWERS: We thank Becky Molecavage for her donation of flowers for this week in memory of her mother Frances Bencho.

BUILDING FUND: We express our gratitude for the donations received for our Parish Building/Improvement Fund in memory of Anna Bosack. Helen from Old Forge, Nancy Palumbo, Friends of Bosack Family, Ann Beshada, Michael & Dolores Sinko, Jewel Johnstone, Michael & Louise Hubiack, Mary Beth Mull

CEMETERY DONATION: A donation of $50 was received from Joan Baury’s for Cemetery Care. Her donation is certainly appreciated.
Moleben and League of Ukrainian Catholics Meeting: SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 20 Nottingham Street, Plymouth, PA extends a warm invitation to a beautiful Prayer Service – Moleben to Christ the Lover of Mankind – on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 3:00pm to be followed by a church sponsored meeting and fellowship of our North Anthracite Council of the League of Ukrainian Catholics (LUC).  This is a public event of SS. Peter and Paul parish to which all parishioners and friends are welcome.

A NOTE OF THANKS: We received a note of thanks from the Pennsylvanians for Human Life Carnation sale. They express their gratitude to everyone who helped make this Carnation Drive most successful. This Drive is their most important fundraiser. Our church collected the amount of $68. May God bless everyone who supported this drive.

COPIER: The price for a new copier will cost approximately $1000, toner included. It will print on both sides, scan and fax. Donations for this office equipment will be greatly appreciated.
