SANCTUARY LIGHT: The Sanctuary light is requested to burn this week Oct. 20 – 27 by George Pryslak & Family in memory of Judy D. Pryslak and John Pryslak.

PLANNING COMMITTE MEETING: The 20/20 Planning Committee for the Archeparchy will conduct a meeting in Transfiguration of Our Lord Church in Nanticoke, PA on Saturday, November 17th at 10:00 AM for the southern part of this deanery. The Parish Finance and Pastoral councils, catechists and any active members of the parish are invited to attend

LOTTERY TICKETS: If you did not purchase your lottery tickets for November, you only have this weekend and next to try your luck. Tickets are $5 for a chance to win every day during the month of November

PRAYERS: Please remember in your prayers, all who are ill at home, in hospitals and nursing facilities, especially Frank Dempsey who is in the General Hospital. They all need your prayers.

THANKS: I wish to thank all those again who purchased the Gift Certificates for the Hometown Market and all who saved the receipts. We are a little short of the goal for the register tapes but close, so if you have any please deposit them in the collection. After the goal we will receive $100 and our profit on the Certificates is $100. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

PYROHYS: An order sheet is in the vestibule for your pyrohy orders. Please order early as the limit will be 500 dozen. The pyrohy’s are $7 a dozen and all the help we can get will be a great advantage. Please come and give a hand at this project. It’s for your parish.
